Rahway Toy Drive helps 75 families

When the Rahway school nurses learned that it was going to be impossible to get the district’s annual Toys for Tots Drive up and running, they decided to have their own toy drive.
With the help of each school’s Parent Teacher Association and the Rahway community, they were able to successfully pull off the challenging endeavor, in spite of the many obstacles and struggles. The Rahway community rose to the occasion, and there were enough donations to help 75 families throughout the district.
The generosity and support that made it possible to bring so many smiles to children’s faces in the community was heartfelt and very much appreciated.
