Senior Fitness Classes are held at the Kenilworth Senior Center located at 526 Boulevard (2nd Floor) Senior Center is opened Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Union County Lunch Program “Senior Café” @ 11:30 hot nutritious meals being served for all UC Residents on the lower level on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for a voluntary/donation cost of $1.75 per meal to 60 years and older. $4.00 for all below 60 years of age. Please register for your weekly meal 2 days in advance by calling 908-272-7743.
Mondays:
- Line dancing @ 10:30am Every Monday except on major holidays. No class on Columbus Day Oct. 9th
Tuesdays:
- Senior Fitness @ 10:30am
- Senior Bowling @ 1:00pm at Garwood Lanes 346 North Ave. in Garwood.
Wednesdays:
- Zumba Gold @ 9:30am
Fridays:
- Senior Chair Yoga @ 10:00am
- Senior Ceramics @ 1:00pm in Garwood on pre-scheduled days.
