Spreading holiday cheer

Recently, the students at Franklin Elementary School in Rahway made turkeys and Thanksgiving cards for the residents at Atria Senior Living Facility in Cranford. The project was done by the school’s Blue and Gold Club, which is made up of students that volunteer their time throughout the year. The students really enjoy taking part in many different community-based service projects. They were really happy to know that they put smiles on the faces of the residents at the senior living facility. This amazing club is run by the school nurse, Ms. Casey Dowling, and Ms. Kym Adams.
