Explore the Night Sky & More

The Florham Park Public Library

Second Sunday programs continue at the Florham Park Public Library on November 13 at 2 p.m. with Exploring the Night Sky. Paul Cirillo, of AstronomyNJ, will share techniques on how to identify constellations, locate planets, use a star map, view the International Space Station and satellites without a telescope, and more! Mr. Cirillo encourages audience questions and will share his recommendations for internet resources for beginning astronomers.

This free program is open to all ages and you do not need to be a Florham Park patron to attend. Stop by the Library on November 13 to learn how you can enjoy the upcoming meteor showers and celestial events in all their splendor!

Looking for more fun? Borrow a telescope, Sphero Robot, yard game, and more from the ‘Library of Things’. Available to Florham Park patrons only, ‘Things’ and Museum Passes can be reserved through the Library’s website, florhamparklib.org
