Cassie Conforti, a 7th grade student at Carl H. Kumpf Middle School has been selected for a second year in a row to represent Northeast Region 1 for the USA Softball All American Games this coming August at the Hall of Fame Stadium in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

The USA Softball All American Games is a prestigious tournament that provides national exposure to elite athletes in the 12u division and has been designed to identify and highlight the best athletes from across the country. Only 360 young ladies nationwide will have the opportunity to wear the USA Softball Jersey at this event.

Cassie has also been selected as a Direct Invite for a second straight year to represent the Northeast Region for the USSSA All American Program this summer. The USSSA All American Program was created to increase individual opportunities for players to showcase their skills and talents at the Space Coast Complex in Viera, Florida.

Cassie currently plays for the NJ Batbusters 12u Torres team. The training and support she receives from her NJ Batbusters coaches, James Torres, Jennifer Haas, Paige Murphy and Rich Sosa have been nothing short of amazing.

A special mention to Colleen Spadora, who has been instrumental in the development and growth in Cassie’s pitching career. Her coaches’ unparalleled dedication, push and encouragement are what keeps Cassie grounded and enables her to continually strive to overcome challenges, work harder, and strive to be the best that she can be.
