Barn Hill Preserve visits Franklin Elementary

Rahway Public Schools

Prekindergarten through 2nd-grade students at Franklin Elementary School in Rahway had the opportunity to experience a fun and educational animal presentation courtesy of The Barn Hill Preserve.

The students gathered in the school auditorium to see a variety of ‘animal ambassadors’ up close, including a bearded dragon, a snake, a tenrec, and an owl. The Barn Hill Preserve’s knowledgeable animal handlers provided interesting facts and engaged the students with an interactive presentation that captivated their attention. The presentation was an excellent way to help children learn about animals and nature, and it provided a unique and engaging educational experience.

The Barn Hill Preserve is a wildlife conservation organization that is dedicated to educating the public about the importance of animal conservation and preservation.
