Weekly Programs
Mondays: Construction Zone at 3:30 p.m.
All ages. No registration required. Learn, play, and build with us every Monday using Legos, K’Nex, and more!
Wednesdays: Babies in the Library at 10:30 a.m.
Birth to 18 months. No registration required. Spend this special time with baby singing songs and rhymes, listening to stories, followed by free play and socialization.
Thursdays: Preschool Storytime at 4 p.m.
for children 3 years to 6 years. No registration required. Jump into reading with UPL! We explore phonics, letter recognition, and numbers all while reading fun stories and making new friends!
Fridays: Toddler Time at 10:30 a.m.
18 months to 3 years. No registration required. Enjoy stories, singing, and movement, following a different theme each week. The June 8 session will focus on music and movement. Note: Toddler Time will not take place on June 22.

Monday June 18: Read to Waldi at 4:15 p.m.
Ages 5 and up. Registration required. Bring along a book or two and practice reading aloud to Waldi, our visiting therapy dog!
Tuesday June 12: Bedtime Storytime at 7 p.m.
All ages. Registration required. Join us for a special bedtime story time to celebrate Father’s Day! Don’t forget to wear your coziest PJs.
Wednesday June 13: ShopRite Kids Cuisine at 4 p.m.
Ages 6 to 12. Registration required. Learn about healthy eating and try some yummy new foods, following a different theme each month!
Thursday June 15: Teen Game On! At 3:30 p.m.
Ages 14 and up. Registration required. We’re breaking out the WiiU and the boardgames!

Saturday June 16: Summer Reading Program 2018 Kickoff, atarting at 10:30 a.m.
All ages. Registration required for Outragehisss…Pets. We’re kicking off SRP 2018 in style! We’ll be making suncatchers from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m, followed by a special appearance by Outragehisss…Pets at noon! At 1:30 p.m., we’ll have face painting and games to enjoy! You may register for the SRP anytime throughout the day!
Monday June 25: Let’s Create at 1 p.m.
Ages 6 to 12. Registration required. Ever wanted a pet rock? Now’s your chance to make one! We’ll be creating rock art today in a variety of designs. All materials will be provided.
Wednesday June 27: Science Rocks! At 1 p.m.
Ages 9 to 12. Registration required. Explore the science of sound with some fun experiments and activities! All materials will be provided.
Thursday June 28: Boredom Busters at 1 p.m.
Ages 6 to 12. Registration required. Explore the Japanese paper folding art of origami! Try your hand at a variety of shapes and structures. All materials will be provided. Please note: this is a self-directed activity.
Friday June 29: Lunch and a Movie. Family Movie at noon.
All ages. Registration required. Join us for a showing of “The Son of Bigfoot” (2017)! Rated PG. Bring along your lunch, and we’ll supply popcorn and a beverage.
Friday June 29: Teen Plant Afternoon at 2:30 p.m.
Ages 14 and up. Registration required. Develop your green thumb at our Teen Plant Afternoon! Decorate your flowerpot and take home your new plant friend!

Ages 14 and up. Registration required. Enjoy video games, card games, and board games with your friends in a fun and relaxed environment.
Thursday June 7: Tween “Make It at Your Library” at 3 p.m.
Ages 9 to 13. Registration required. With Father’s Day just a few days away, make him a Father’s Day craft that he’s sure to love!

All Ages. Registration required. Join us for a showing of “Ferdinand” (2017)! Rated PG. Bring along your lunch, and we’ll supply popcorn and a beverage.
Monday June 11: Donuts with Your Dude at 6 p.m.
Ages 6 and up. Registration required. We’ll start with donuts and juice, and then try some fun building and design challenges to give kids access to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) learning, all while spending quality time with the special dudes in their lives. Kids of all ages are welcome to bring along their favorite dude (Dad, Grandpa, Uncle, Big Brother) and let their imaginations soar!
Tuesday June 12: Pre-K Interactive Learning Time at 11 a.m.
Ages 3 to 5. Registration required. Enjoy puzzles, coloring, memory games, and other fun activities with your preschooler!
Thursday June 14: Homeschool Hangout at 3 p.m.
Ages 10 and up. Registration required. Meet, learn, and engage with other local homeschooling families through a variety of fun activities! Participation by children ages 10 and up is encouraged!
