The Rahway Chamber of Commerce held its monthly meeting on July 28, 2016. The meeting was held after work hours to accomodate businesses that find it difficult to make their normal morning meeting. Apprximately forty business men and women use the meeting to give a pitch about thier businesees and organizations and to network with other businesses.
Each meeting has a host who gets a feature spot to speak along with a guest speaker who gives a helpful presentation. The guest speaker for the July 2016 meeting was Brian Remo of the Union County Arts Center.
The Chamber takes August off from meeting and the next meeting will be Thursday, September 22, 2016 at 8:30 in the morning. The meetings are held at the Masonic Lodge at 1550 Irving Street.
Non-members are welcome to attend a meeting to see what the Chamber is all about. Refreshments are served.
