The Linden Senior Men & Women’s Club held their Annual Christmas Party, on December 11th, 2018 at the JTG Recreation Center.
Children from School #8 led the members in the Salute to the Flag and entertained them with a Christmas skit and holiday songs. Santa and Mrs. Claus came to visit and the children sang and danced with them. Linden’s Mayor Derrick Armstead attended and wished everyone “Happy Holidays.”
The Buffet was catered by Bella Gina’s of Linden, with 110 members and guests attending.
The Club will be celebrating their 60th Anniversary in February. It is the most active senior club in the area. Meetings are at 1:00 p.m. every Tuesday, at the JTG Recreation Center, from September through June. Any Linden senior citizen looking for many good times, come on over and join the fun!
