The Linden Public Library, located at 31 East Henry Street in Linden, New Jersey, proudly presents the conclusion of its third annual Academy Award Film Series during the month of June 2018. All the films in this series were nominated for or won 2017 Oscars. The movies will be shown on Tuesdays at 2 p.m. and Fridays at 1 p.m. Over 20 films have been presented during this series, which began on April 10.
The June films include the winners of all the acting Oscars, Best Director, Best Picture and Best Animated Film. The movies, with their respective MPAA rating, include:
June 8: “I, Tonya” (R)
June 12: “Call Me by Your Name” (R)
June 15: “Get Out” (R)
June 19: “Darkest Hour” (PG-13)
June 22: “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri” (R)
June 26: “The Shape of Water” (R)
June 29: “Coco” (PG)
