Jacob Cruz Wins First Place in Poster Contest

Mrs. Planer, the art teacher at Lincoln School in Garwood, is proud to announce that one of her students was a winner in the Prevention Links Red Ribbon Anti-Drug Poster Contest in Union County. Students had to illustrate an activity that they do to keep them away from drugs. Jacob Cruz was the 1st place winner for fifth grade students. Jacob worked hard on his baseball themed posters and was thrilled to receive the award and gift card from Prevention Links at the Red Ribbon Prevention Walk and Family Fun Fall Festival at Nomahegan Park on October 21st.
