Summer Movie Series Under the Stars
Fanwood Recreation announces the schedule of its free Summer Movie Series:
- July 5 – Honey, I Shrunk the Kids (1989)
- July 11 – Frozen (2013)
- July 18 – Yesterday (2019) PG-13
- July 25 – DC League of Super Pets (2022)
- Aug 1 – The Super Mario Bros. (2023)
- Aug 8 – Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (2022)
- Aug 15 – Puss in Boots: The Last Wish (2022)
All movies will be shown in La Grande Park on Tuesday evenings, except for the movie on July 5, which is on a Wednesday. Rain dates are the following evening. The movies begin at dusk, which is around 8:30 p.m. earlier in the summer, and closer to 8 p.m. later in the summer. The best way to enjoy watching the movies is to bring low beach chairs or a blanket to sit on.
