Citizen of the Month: Mindy Scarlett
Citizen of the Month: Mindy Scarlett
(above) Citizen of the Month: Mindy Scarlett, who has volunteered to further our business community for many years, is currently the Fanwood representative to the Greater Westfield Area Chamber of Commerce. Mindy’s main project each year is Ladies Night Out, an annual shopping spree aimed to bring women to downtown Fanwood. Mindy received the traditional gift for being named ‘Citizen of the Month,’ a print of Fanwood’s historic train station from Council President Jack Molenaar.
Fanwood Rescue Squad
(above) The Fanwood Rescue Squad received a grant of $1,000 from New Jersey American Water. Accepting the grant from NJAW’s Manager of Operations Michael Bange (left) was squad president Ed Winsor, accompanied by (left to right) squad members Chrissy O’Connor, Maggie Richard, Lily Hsiao, Nam-June Joe and Steve Siegal.
