Cranford Knights of Columbus Donation to FLAG

In the spirit of supporting our Cranford local restaurants and businesses and worthy charities and organizations, the Cranford Knights of Columbus donated $5,000 to FLAG for Cranford (FLAG) from the proceeds of the Council’s Annual Golf Outing on Tuesday, November 30th before the November Business Meeting. The Council Golf Committee came up with a “double duty dollars”concept of purchasing gift cards and gift certificates from the restaurants and businesses that have been our loyal worthy supporters. The gift cards and gift certificates are then given to FLAG for distribution to first responders and the organizations that they have been supporting since their inception.

The Cranford Knights of Columbus is a Catholic Fraternal Organization dedicated to our Four Core Principles, Charity, Unity, Fraternity and Patriotism. The Cranford Council supports many charities and civic causes locally, state-wide, and nationally and is committed to be a viable part of our community. For information about joining the Cranford Council, please contact Grand Knight Jerry Conheeney at 908-416-3464 or visit the Council web site at cranfordknights.org.
