Dr. Mingle also implemented strategies like test-to-stay in order to keep students in school. Dr. Mingle’s peers in Somerset County look to his leadership and have all been impressed with his passion for education and the lengths that he will go to in order to make sure his students are receiving that education.”
Mingle’s commitment to the role of school Superintendent reaches far beyond his school district.

He is also the incoming president of the Morris-Union Jointure Commission and Vice President of the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD) Board of Directors.”
On Monday, June 20, The Warren Township Board of Education recognized Mingle for the recent honor. Board President, David Brezee, read a statement from SCASA before congratulating Mingle and adding his gratitude for Mingle’s continued leadership within the district on behalf of the Board.
