Clark UNICO hosted a presentation by cookbook author Dana Ferraro entitled “The Sunday Gravy – you call it sauce – I call it gravy” at the Clark library on Thursday, January 31, 2019. Dana together with her father, Anthony Ferraro, talked about her grandmother’s recipes and old world Italian traditions along with stories about their Italian deli that they owned and operated for 22 years. Anthony, living in the Italian neighborhood of Bellville, grew up with Frankie Vallie and the other members of the Four Seasons. After the presentation Dana offered homemade Italian cookies for all to sample and signed her cookbooks.
