Watchung scarecrow Stroll 2023
The second annual Watchung scarecrow Stroll & Contest installation was held on Sunday, October 15th at the Village Green. Scarecrows will be up until November 3rd. Donuts and cider were served. The event was sponsored by Mayor & Council, The Traffic & Beautification Commission, Recreation Commission, Watchung Arts Center, Watchung Library Advisory Committee and the Friends of Watchung Library.
