Friends of the Clark Library Annual Mini-Golf Tournament on
Saturday, February 3 from 11 am – 3 pm
A “hole” lot of fun for the whole family! Play mini-golf in the library! This event is a fundraiser for the Friends of the Library and will cost $5.00 dollars to participate.

Union County Division on Aging Services on
Monday, February 5 from 10- Noon
Do you have questions about services for seniors or their caregivers? The Union County Division on Aging will be at the Clark Public Library to answer them. Drop by anytime between 10am-12pm and get answers to your questions about: pharmaceutical assistance, home energy assistance, home care, home delivered or congregate meals, caregiver relief, medicaid, transportation, and other questions you may have.

Adult Book Club
Monday, February 5 at 7 pm
We will be discussing “Exit West” by Mohsin Hamid. Please speak with a librarian for information on obtaining a copy of the book.

LEGO® Club
Friday, February 9 at 3:15 pm
Join us for the LEGO® Club at the Clark Public Library! Create your own lego structures. Legos are provided by the library. Creations are displayed in the Children’s Area. For children in grades K – 5. No registration required.

Maker Monday
Monday, February 12 at 3:30 pm
Elementary aged students are invited to create Fizzy Heart Art for Valentine’s Day.  Registration is required.

Tinker Tuesday
Tuesday, February 20 at 3:30 pm
Elementary aged children are invited to join us for our monthly afternoon of tinkering/crafting.  Each month will be something new!  All materials provided just bring your imagination and sense of fun!

Sunday Family Movie Matinee
Sunday, February 18 at 2:00 pm
The ponies must journey beyond Equestria to save their home from a dark force.  Rated PG.

Take Your Child to the Library Day featuring Unique Creatures
Sunday, February 25 at 2:00 pm
Celebrate this special day by bringing your child to the library.  Each child that checks out a book on this day gets entered into a drawing to win a $25 Barnes and Noble gift card!
We are open from 1-5 pm.
In addition to checking out books, check out some really unique animals at 2 pm!  We will get to meet six different unique creatures. This is a family event, but please register so that we know how many to expect to ensure the optimal animals for the crowd size.

Tales for Tots
Mondays or Thursdays at 10 am February 5 through March 29
Stories, fingerplays, and songs for active listeners.  Geared toward ages 2-3 with a caregiver. Older children are welcome!  30 minutes of open play follows. Firstsession is Monday, November 27.

Baby Bookworms
Tuesdays at 10 am February 6 through March 27
Stories, songs, nursery rhymes, and movement.  Geared toward babies and toddlers under 2 years old with caregiver.  30 minutes of open play follows.  First session is Tuesday, November 28.

Stories & More
Thursdays at 1:30 pm February 8 through March 29
Stories, movement, songs and a craft for active listeners ages 3 -5 years old. Sorry, younger siblings may not attend. Registration is required.
First session is Thursday, November 30.

Grown-Up Coloring Club Meets Weekly
on most Fridays at 1:00 p.m.
Coloring isn’t just for kids anymore!  Join us for a relaxing afternoon of coloring for grown ups. Relieve some stress while stimulating your creativity!  No registration is required.

Teen Tech Help
on most Fridays at 3:30 pm and Saturdays at 2:00 pm
Do you have a new phone or tablet and need help figuring it out?  The library now offers one-on-one assistance with a variety of technological issues. Sessions last one hour and may also focus on e-mail, e-books, Microsoft Office or other technology questions you might have. Advance registration is required, so please call the Reference Desk at 732 388 5999 to schedule an appointment.

Additionally, free movies are shown at the library on Monday and Wednesday at 1:00 p.m.  Newly released DVDs are featured each Tuesday evening at 6:30 p.m. No registration is required for movies.
