Project Management 101 (Zoom)

Whether creative, business, community or organizational focused, projects can involve a lot of moving parts that blend organizational skills, an analytical mind, and interpersonal abilities. The key to achieving successful projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with goals is to have a comprehensive understanding of project management, starting with the basics and the tools we use every day to be more effective and efficient. Susan Justiniano, brings her 20-year Project Management experience to understanding the basics of project management and what it means to be a project manager as a career focus or to better organize creative, community and organizational objectives.
Beginners Flow Yoga (Zoom)

This class will lead you through the foundations of yoga postures, body awareness and alignment, relaxation of the mind and a connection with the breath. You will learn how to improve muscle strength, promote flexibility, and build your own yoga program specific for your mind and body.

Author Scott Mazzella shares dramatic personal accounts from storm survivors from the earliest recorded storms through the devastating March ’62 nor’easter, the 1944 hurricane, December 1992’s extreme nor’easter, and Superstorm Sandy.
