Hand Lettering Holiday Cards (Zoom)

Fri., Dec. 3 at 7:00 p.m.

Swetha Swenoy returns to UPL to teach you how to add some flair to your holiday cards! Learn the basics of hand lettering and make your own hand-lettered holiday cards! No need for any fancy tools – start with what you have! Registration is limited.

Off the Shelf Book Club (Zoom)

This month the group reads The Art Forger by. B.A. ShapiroNew members are always welcome. This title is available on Hoopla with your Union Public Library card.

Meditation (Zoom)

Thursdays at 11:30 a.m.

Join Bindu Bhatt for a virtual meditation session. No experience necessary. Bindu has practiced meditation for over 30 years and would like to share her insight with you.                

Beginners Flow Yoga (Zoom)

Thursdays at 6:00 p.m.

This class will lead you through the foundations of yoga postures, body awareness and alignment, relaxation of the mind, and a connection with the breath. Learn to improve muscle strength, promote flexibility, and build your own yoga program specifically for your mind and body.
