Beginners Yoga Flow (Zoom)

This class will lead you through the foundations of yoga postures, body awareness and alignment, relaxation of the mind, and a connection with the breath. In addition, you will learn how to improve muscle strength, promote flexibility, and build your yoga program specifically for your mind and body.

Taking off the Mask- Breaking the Stigma of Mental Illness with the NJ Mental Health Association Players (In-person at Union Senior Center)

Tom Jones, the Troggs, Procol Harum, and the Rolling Stones all made their marks in affairs of the heart. Join Chuck Granata (author, music historian, and Project Director/Producer at Sony Music Entertainment), who will share his personal stories about the bands and some of their greatest hits.
