The Summit Policeman’s Benevolent Association Local #55 and Summit Fire Department FMBA #54 are asking local residents and business owners to support Summit’s annual Toys for Tots toy drive, sponsored by the United States Marine Corps Reserve. The program runs thru December 14 at 10 a.m. There are six collection locations where people can donate new, unwrapped toys: City Hall Police Department, Summit Fire Department, Summit Post Office, Peapack Gladstone Bank, Lakeland Bank and Starbucks Coffee. Donated toys will be delivered to the Marine Corps and distributed as holiday gifts to children in Summit and nearby communities.
