The Gateway Family YMCA – WISE Center YMCA Branch, in collaboration with The Gateway Family YMCA – Wellness Center Branch is hosting an a free healthy living program for caregivers, Taking Time for Me. This program meets twice a week for 8 weeks, taught by a YMCA coach and social worker. Caregivers are provided exercise instruction as well as discussions on healthy eating, community support and stress management. Taking Time for Me will meet on Wednesdays and Fridays 12:00 p.m. -1:30 p.m. September 5ththrough October 26th at The Gateway Family YMCA – Wellness Center Branch, 1000 Galloping Hill Rd, Union. Space in the program is limited and pre-registration is required. There is no cost for the program and it is open to the community.
The WISE Center YMCA is a branch in The Gateway Family YMCA, serving the community in Eastern Union County and Northern Middlesex County, NJ. “Through WISE, our YMCA is able to provide unique services to meet the needs of our local community.
