December Downtown Happenings
Summit Downtown, Inc.
Carriages and Carolers will continue throughout December on Saturdays December 4, 11, and 18 from 1 to 4 .m. Residents can enjoy holiday music and a free horse and carriage ride around downtown Summit. The boarding location will be Lyric Park, on the corner of Beechwood Road and Bank Street.
Celebrate in Summit will be held on Saturday, December 18 from 1 to 4 p.m., an event to celebrate the holiday season in Summit. There will be live music throughout the downtown area, as well as horse and carriage rides beginning at Lyric Park. All activities are free to the public.
The Summit Farmers Market has been extended to mid-December to include Sundays December 5, 12, and 19 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., in the Park & Shop Lot on the corner of Deforest Avenue and Woodland Avenue.
