Summit 2022 Halloween parade
The Summit Police Athletic League and Department of Community Programs are hosting the annual Halloween parade on Saturday, October 29, from 2:45 p.m. to 5 p.m. The parade will leave from 25 Deforest Avenue. Participants are asked to line up at 2:45 p.m. The parade will depart at 3 p.m. and arrive at the Village Green. Attendees can participate in a costume contest and enjoy music, entertainment, and snacks on the Village Green from 3 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. The winners of the costume contest will be announced at 4:15 p.m. Prizes will be awarded for first, second, and third place in the following categories: Most 2022 Relevant, Scariest, Cutest, Best Group, Most Original, Mayor’s Choice, and Best Overall.
