This year’s theme for Adults is Exercise Your Mind and events scheduled during July as well as an activity-based program reflect the theme. There’s no sign up, just a contest form that you can pick up at the library or download from our website.
There are 20 activities to choose from. You can complete any and/or all anytime between June 15 and August 16. Some of the activities include reading different book genres such as biographies, bestsellers or a book made into a movie. You can also, check out an exercise DVD, a documentary or a craft book or download a magazine using Zinio or an ebook or audiobook using Overdrive. Or you can choose to attend a library event this summer. There’s lots to choose from including movies, coloring, story times & kids’ events, Baseball Discussion and Book Groups and special events during July.
