Success happens when two or more organizations come together to ensure services are in place to support the community. This is exactly what takes place in the City of Rahway. The City of Rahway’s Police department have been very instrumental in training the staff at SUEZ Operations in Rahway on CPR. The training is greatly appreciated and warranted because one never knows when the skills are needed during a time of crisis. In addition to lending their training skills to educate others, the police department provides a security watch around the clock for the water treatment plant located on Westfield Avenue. “We take great pride in being a service provider in Rahway. We acknowledge the efforts of the police department extended to us beyond expectations and greatly appreciate the security measures put in place to protect the natural resources that flow through the City” stated Ron Wund, manager of operations for the plant. As a show of appreciation, SUEZ presented the police department with defibrillator kits to replace several of the existing kits used by the force.
