Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School Golf Team Wins the Union County Tournament
The Raider golf team won the Union County Tournament on May 9, 2019 at Echo Lake Country Club in Westfield. This is their first victory in this event since 2007.
Senior Jimmy Bagdonas won the individual title for the second straight year. Jimmy will continue his golf career next year where he will be competing for Fordham University.
Freshman Andrew Yu tied for fourth place with a score of 77 and junior Miguel Fontora tied for seventh place with a score of 78. John Williamson and Patrick Bourke also contributed in the win with scores of 89 and 91, respectively.
