The Chelsea at Fanwood, a senior living facility, observed the anniversary of 9-11 with an outdoor ceremony featuring a tree planting and a fundraiser for the Fanwood Fire Department and Rescue Squad called Heroes for Heroes. Chelsea staff sold sandwiches for $7 each outside their front door on South Avenue while members of the Fire Department brought Engine 7 for tours. The event raised a total of $400.
