Senior Citizens Celebrate 50th Anniversary

The Senior Citizens Club of Clark, Inc. celebrated its 50th anniversary on November 30, 2016. The event was marked at the Club’s regular meeting with a lunch of sandwiches, salad and dessert donated by local merchants and a pictorial display from the Club’s past events. Sixty-six of the Club’s ninety members attended the meeting. Clark’s Mayor Sal Bonaccorso officially proclaimed November 30, 2016 as Senior Citizens Club of Clark dayThe Senior Citizens Club of Clark meets every Wednesday, September through June, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Polish Cultural Foundation at 177 Broadway, Clark, NJ. Residents and non-residents, 55 years and over, are invited to join the Club. Refreshments are served. Bingo is played. Members also enjoy special luncheons and bus trips organized by the Club.
