The Connection Between Bone Density and Strength Training.
May 7, 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.
A seminar about improving bone density through resistance training and corrective postural exercises. Learn how proper body alignment and strengthening exercises can help reduce the risk of osteoporosis and/or slow the progression of the disease. New Providence Attorney, Joe Tiboni.
May 10, noon.
Mr. Tiboni will introduce a 2011 film set in New Providence and based on a story he wrote with Oscar winner Tom McCarthy. Movie follows presentation at 12:30.

Dementia Caregivers Support Group
