WINTER SUPPORT GROUP – Fridays, through Feb. 22, 10:30-11:45 a.m. Winter months can be challenging for seniors. The holidays are over and post-holiday blues can set in for many. Bad weather may keep people stuck at home, and feelings of sadness, loneliness and isolation may surface. If you would like to explore these feelings and receive support, fellowship, and compassion from other members of our community, please call the Center to sign up for this session. CARNIVAL OF SOUND – Friday, Mar. 1, 12:30 p.m. – George Marriner Maull, Music Director of The Discovery Orchestra returns to the Center for a presentation of Hector Berlioz’s “Roman Carnival Overture,” first performed in 1844 to instant success and has remained one of Berlioz’s most popular works.
