The Mindfulness of Eating

Our Nutrition Series continues with a discussion about how mindful eating is the practice of deliberately paying full attention to your experiences, cravings, and physical cues when eating. Phyllis Flemming, former Executive Director of Victorian Garden Adult Day Center, and experienced dementia support group facilitator, will moderate this newly formed monthly group.

Community Paper Shred
April 28, 9 a.m. to noon
at the Chatham Train Station parking lot. All your confidential papers safely shredded. $10/box, $5/grocery bag. Proceeds to benefit the Senior Center of the Chathams.
