This year’s Summer Reading theme is All Together Now. Stop in the library or visit our website, scotlib.org, for more details.

Mondays at Noon – We’ll show Monday Movies in our downstairs meeting room.

Fridays at 10am – Balance Awareness with Yasmin Ofek, a gentle but effective approach to moving confidently throughout the lifespan. Registration is required for this virtual class.

Tuesday, July 4 – Library Closed

Friday, July 7, 10am to Noon – Hypertension Clinicinside the Library with a public health nurse from Union County.

Monday, July 10, 10am – Bring Your Own Book, an informal discussion of what participants have recently read and enjoyed. We’ll meet at the Library, outside if weather permits. Registration is required.

Wednesday, July 12, 7pm – Bring that book you’ve been meaning to pick up to our Silent Reading Party, outside if weather permits. Registration is recommended.

Thursday, July 13, 7pm – Guided Meditation, with Barbara Brown, inside the Library. Registration is recommended.

Wednesday, July 19, 2pm – Senior Book Chat, an informal book discussion at JerseylandPark. Please register in advance.

Thursday, July 20, 7pm – Author Jennifer Holland will discuss Animal Friendships and Why Dogs Love Us Back while discussing her two books. Registration is required for this virtual program.

Tuesday, July 25, 1-2:30pm – Drop In Crafting. Bring your current work-in-progress to the Library to work alongside other crafters.

Thursday, July 27, 7-8:30pm – Drop In Crafting, an evening session for you to bring your current project to the Library to work alongside other crafters.
