SCLSNJ to Offer Second Pour of Coffee Time Talks

Submitted by Tracy Carney

Indulge in coffee, conversations, and more at your Library. The Somerset County Library System of New Jersey (SCLSNJ) has been offering a series of programs for adults exploring science, technology, history, and culture. Additionally, the System will be digging deeper into local and national history through life-action, living history presentations.
“We are looking forward to a new edition of our popular series, Coffee Time Talks,” said Marcela Dunham, system programming coordinator. “There is something for everybody: genealogy, World War II history, Shakespeare’s gardens, and more. These programs offer a wonderful opportunity for patrons to learn more about a variety of interesting topics in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere while meeting new people and mingling over a cup of coffee or tea.”
All programs run from 11 a.m. to noon. Attendees are encouraged to stay through 1 p.m. to converse with fellow patrons and enjoy some light refreshments.
