Children of families served by the Food Bank Network of Somerset County will benefit from the donations of new school supplies – such as notebooks, three-ring binders, paper, highlighters, markers, pens, pencils, crayons and backpacks.
“We’re so delighted that this fantastic program was brought to Warren Township’s attention by one of our Advisory Board members,” said Lauren Ryan, SCLSNJ east area manager. “When the Township asked us to serve as a collection point, we didn’t hesitate – these are the kinds of programs we love to support.”
Donations can be dropped off at SCLSNJ’s Warren Township Library branch, located at 42 Mountain Blvd. in Warren, now through Monday, August 3. A donation bin can be found in the lobby of the library.
