August 1 declared as ‘Ms. Anny’ Day
Gloria ‘Ms. Anny’ Garris is celebrating 50 years of employment at Rahway Community Action Organization. She has served thousands of community members, expanded the food pantry to serve more than 100 families per week, and she has engaged countless community partners. She possesses an infallible work ethic and is truly a servant leader. Both the City of Rahway and Board of Directors of Rahway Community Action Organization have recognized August 1 as ‘Ms. Anny’ Day annually to celebrate her and thank her for all she does.
