Cranford Senior Owen Cumiskey Achieves Eagle Scout Rank

Owen Cumiskey Earns Eagle Scout Rank

Cranford High School senior, Owen Cumiskey, became an Eagle Scout on January 10, 2024. As his Eagle Project, Owen renovated the old concession stand at Memorial Field into a rehab area for the school athletic department. Within the building, the floor, walls, and ceiling beams were repaired and repainted, and an air conditioning unit was installed.

Cranford’s Boy Scout Troop 80 meets every Monday from 7:30-8:30 p.m. at the Cranford Presbyterian Church.

For generations Cranford boys have gone through Troop 80’s Scouting program as they have journeyed toward manhood and a life living the 12 points of the Scout Law.  Scouts go on weekend camping trips, attend summer camps, participate in high adventure activities such as canoe treks and backcountry backpacking and seek to attain a wide universe of merit badges. For more information visit: troop80cranfordnj.net
