New “Hybrid” Ford Explorer Police Vehicles
The Garwood police department purchased two new “hybrid” Ford Explorer Police Vehicles, which have been assigned as marked patrol vehicles. The new vehicles will also save taxpayers some money and be more friendly to the environment, Chief Wright said.
“With the purchase of these Hybrid police vehicles, everyone wins,” Chief Wright said. “Police officers have a new vehicle to use, the taxpayer will be saving money and the Garwood Police Department will be doing its part in helping the environment.”
