A new exhibition by Arte Linda is open at the Library of the Chathams Lundt Gallery, Chatham, NJ. The show features over 40 original mixed works and dozens of art prints. It will be on display until 30th of May. More information about the exhibition can be found at: https://chathamlibrary.org/events/artshow-with-linda-howe/

In ‘Bloom Where You are Planted’, Linda draws a connection between her earliest works and the spiritual passions that are the undercurrent for her new works, sensitive and moving, these pieces give the viewer’s mind insight into what Linda means when she states,

“Art making is a tool to carving a pathway to your soul.”

Linda is an artist based in New Providence, NJ. She is an experienced educator, muralist, illustrator for children, visual artist, writer, and storyteller who has been exhibiting art professionally since 1974. She captivates audiences via a multi-sensory experience of art, music, poetry, and live demonstrations.

Recognized for her themes of Mothers and Children, Animals, and Appreciation of the Natural World. Often drawing what she feels, via touch painting, she paints the world nurtured in ideas that are close to her being, thus emerging an underlying style that she describes as magical realism.

The ‘Bloom Where You are Planted’ art will surprise the visitors with the colorful, expressionistic, and kinetic energy that informs the tone for all of Linda’s artistic endeavors.
