Guys and Dolls
The classic musical Guys and Dolls is back and better than ever! This classic musical fable based on the works of Damon Runyon first premiered on Broadway in 1950 and is now heating up the Linden stage this July.
Guys and Dolls tells the story of a group of gamblers and their romantic entanglements in 1950s New York City. The show features iconic toe-tapping songs such as “Luck Be a Lady” and “Sit Down, You’re Rockin’ the Boat,” and many more led by stars Kevin Brady of Clark (Sky Masterson) and Kerri McNeill of Neptune (Sarah Brown).
“We are thrilled to bring Guys and Dolls to life on the LHS stage,” said MVP President Bobby Devarona. “This show has been a beloved classic for more than 70 years, and we are excited to introduce it to our audiences.”
Performances run July 21, 22, 27, 28 and 29 at 8:00pm and July 23 at 3:00pm in the air-conditioned Susan L Hudak Auditorium at Linden High School (121 W. St. Georges Ave., Linden, NJ)
