As Morris County residents and families begin to venture out a bit again after plenty of self isolation and quarantining due to COVID-19, the Morris County Tourism Bureau suggests some first adventures that are close to home.
Fortunately, the Tourism Bureau’s new website offers a host of nearby destinations and activities for residents and visitors to enjoy. Visit the updated and easily navigable website at morristourism.org.
The website’s new look and attitude welcomes visitors to Morris County’s arts and culture, recreation, lodging and free stuff. All of this information is just a click away.

Most county residents already know about many of Morris County’s “hip and historic sites,” such as eclectic Morristown, and the area’s history, charm, world-class dining, and inviting retailers.
Thousands of acres of natural beauty also abound in Morris County’s parks, plus the accessible Morristown National Historical Park run by the National Park Service.
Around the county, you’ll notice new Tourism Bureau wayfinding signage to make navigation easy, plus billboards advertising the area’s recreational treasures.
