LEGO® Club on May 11 at 3:15 p.m.
Join us for the LEGO® Club at the Clark Public Library! Create your own LEGO structures. LEGOS are provided by the library. Creations are displayed in the Children’s Area. For children in grades K through 5. No registration required.

Union County Division on Aging Services
on May 14 from 10 a.m. to noon.

Do you have questions about services for seniors or their caregivers? The Union County Division on Aging will be at the Clark Public Library to answer them. Drop by anytime between 10 a.m. and noon and get answers to your questions about: pharmaceutical assistance, home energy assistance, home care, home delivered or congregate meals, caregiver relief, Medicaid, transportation, and other questions you may have.

Tinker Tuesday on May 22 at 3:30 pm.
Children ages 3 and up are invited to join us for our monthly afternoon of tinkering/crafting.  Each month will be something new. All materials provided just bring your imagination and sense of fun!

Children’s Book BINGO on May 25 at 2 p.m.
Join us for a fun afternoon on Clark Public School’s early release day by playing BINGO featuring our favorite children’s book characters. Small prizes will be awarded. For children ages 4 to 8 years old. Advance registration is requested.

Penguin Pointers with Jenkinson’s Aquarium on June 2 at 2 p.m.
Watch a live penguin from Jenkinson’s Aquarium waddle around and learn about its care, feeding, and conservation. Children and adults must register for the penguin program and tickets will be issued. If you register online, they will be emailed to you. The Friends of the Clark Public Library Costume Jewelry Sale will take place at the penguin event.

Ongoing Events

Tales for Tots on Mondays or Thursdays at 10 a.m.
Stories, fingerplays, and songs for active listeners.  Geared toward ages 2 to 3 with a caregiver. Older children are welcome. Thirty minutes of open play follows.

Baby Bookworms on Tuesdays at 10 a.m.
Stories, songs, nursery rhymes, and movement. Geared toward babies and toddlers under 2-years-old with caregiver. Thirty minutes of open play follows.

 Stories & More on Thursdays at 1:30 p.m.
Stories, movement, songs, and a craft for active listeners ages 3- to 5-years-old. Sorry, younger siblings may not attend. Registration is required.

 Open Adult Board Games on most Fridays 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Drop in for a game or two. We will be offering a variety of board games to play or feel free to bring your own! Game participants not guaranteed.

Grown-Up Coloring Club Meets Weekly on most Fridays at 1 p.m.
Coloring isn’t just for kids anymore. Join us for a relaxing afternoon of coloring for grown-ups. Relieve some stress while stimulating your creativity. No registration is required.

Teen Tech Help on most Tuesdays at 3:30 p.m.,
Fridays at 3:30 p.m., and Saturdays at 2 p.m.

Do you have a new phone or tablet and need help figuring it out? The library now offers one-on-one assistance with a variety of technological issues. Sessions last one hour and may also focus on e-mail, e-books, Microsoft Office, or other technology questions you might have. Advance registration is required, so please call the Reference Desk to schedule an appointment.

Additionally, free movies are shown at the library on Monday and Wednesday at 1 p.m.
Newly released DVDs are featured each Tuesday evening at 6:30 p.m. No registration is required for movies.
