Congratulations to Linden Central Dispatch Supervisor Kim Matos who was named 2016 Communications Officer of the Year by the CITNJ Center of Excellence. Kim was one of the first dispatchers to complete the Crisis Intervention Team training, and recently helped develop a one-day training program for tele-communicators throughout the state.
