The Thursday Morning Club of Madison recently welcomed spring with their Annual Spring Luncheon on April 19, 2018. The event was held at the Basking Ridge Country Club. With nearly 175 in attendance the everyone enjoyed a delicious lunch and a chance on “Lady Luck” for prizes consisting of gift cards to local restaurants, weekend stay at local hotels, and shopping sprees, to mention a few. Fashions were provided by Melania Fashions of Randolph with the Thursday Morning Club members serving as models. The event was chaired by Rose Marry Dinnhaupt and Sharon Silver.
Proceeds from the event benefitted the Madison Community House, which is owned and operated by the Thursday Morning Club, along with its Community House Nursery School and Before and After School Child Care program. Organized in 1896, the club is a member of both the New Jersey State and General Federation of Women’s Clubs.
