A Womp Bop a Looma – A Womp Bam BOOM! The Madison Public Theatre, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit theatrical organization based in Madison, New Jersey, hosted a free and fun educational opportunity for children on Saturday, July 15th. During the “open rehearsal,” local children joined the cast of MPT’s upcoming production of GREASE to observe a theatrical rehearsal and learn a portion of the iconic GREASE finale “We Go Together.” 

The free event was attended by over 20 local children aged 6-12 and was hosted by Madison Public Theatre’s Artistic Director, Tom Sellwood, and Musical Director Rider Foster. Dance Captain Erica Stuppler (Cha-Cha) and leading lady Ava Dressendofer (Sandy) led the children through the energetic dance lesson and members of the GREASE cast were also in attendance interacting with the young performers.
