The fourth-grade students of Roosevelt School in Rahway enhanced their study of New Jersey’s first people, The Lenape, with a hands-on, informative outreach presentation by The Lenape Lifeways Educational Program. The children enjoyed hearing stories about the Native Americans, but their favorite part of all was having the opportunity to touch the artifacts.
