Long Hill Township’s Girl Scouts gathered at Hicks Tract on Saturday, October 19, 2019, to celebrate the founder of Girl Scouts, Juliette Gordon Low’s birthday (her real birthday date is Halloween).

Led by the Cadette Troops, the girls came together and learned how to build a fire…and with fire naturally comes S’Mores which is always a fun and entertaining event! Each troop led a song, including traditional girl scout songs, patriotic songs, and to be current, “Baby Shark”! Food was collected and donated to the All Saints food pantry, Twelve Baskets.

A big thank you to Lombardo Farms for their donation of the firewood.

It was a fun time for all.
