Long Hill Girl Scouts Caroling for Seniors
Long Hill Twp Girl Scout Daisies helped spread holiday cheer to the residents of senior housing on Sunday, December 3rd. 28 Daisies sang traditional holiday tunes including Jingle Bells, 12 Days of Christmas, Feliz Navidad and Santa Claus is Coming to Town, just to name a few. Additionally, the Girl Scouts took song requests and the residents enjoyed the festivities clapping and singing along with the scouts.
The Daisies happily shared handwritten holiday cards that were created from various scouts with the Long Hill service unit. This annual tradition is a time both the scouts and residents really enjoy together, it especially gets everyone in the holiday spirit.
