Members and guests of the Long Hill Chamber of Commerce gathered at the year’s first Meet and Greet last month at Millington Bank in Millington. The event was hosted by Melissa Coletta, Vice President of the branch.
Millington Bank Vice President of Business and Community Lending, Meher Rafiq, also attended along with Long Hill Township Mayor Guy Piserchia, and Sumara and Imran Ahmad, owners of the new Goddard School, which will open in the fall of 2018.
“These events are great opportunities for business owners to meet each other to share concerns and learn about each other’s businesses and how we can be of service to each other,” stated Chamber President Michelle Cavett of Soo Bahk Do Karate of Gillette.
The next Chamber Event will be held Thursday, February 15 at 6 p.m. with Mayor Guy Piserchia. The location is to be determined. “We like to hold these events at Chamber member businesses to help familiarize and promote these businesses among our members,” stated Cavett. Past events have been held at Angie’s Gourmet Deli, Millington Station Cafe, Stirling Diner, and Long Hill Tavern.
